Sports Roundup: A Look at the Latest

Men’s Basketball

The Benedictine Men’s Basketball team went 2-0 this week. They played Dominican on Wednesday and hosted Edgewood for Senior Day on Saturday. Seniors Benny Peacock, Aidan Werth, and Brandon McCoy were recognized. This week they will wrap up the regular season with games at Aurora on Wednesday and Wisconsin Lutheran on Saturday.

Women’s Basketball

The Benedictine Women’s Basketball team picked up two wins this week. On Wednesday, the Eagles took down Dominican on the road and then beat Edgewood at home for Senior Day on Saturday. Seniors Makenzie Carroll, Olympia Kokkines, Emily Rich, and Megan Duzansky were recognized. This week the Eagles will finish their regular season with a home game on Wednesday against Aurora and an away game at Wisconsin Lutheran on Saturday.

Men’s Volleyball

The Benedictine Men’s Volleyball team went 1-2 at a tournament in Ohio this week. In their win against Hobart College, Chris Radomski recorded 16 kills. This week they will play Concordia Wisconsin on the road on Thursday, and then return home to play Concordia Chicago on Saturday.
