Roy A. Waller
Roy A. Waller, 90, of Mascoutah, IL passed away on Saturday, Sept, 27, 2025 at home surrounded by family.
Roy was born Sept. 4, 1935 in Washington County, IL to Arthur and Edna, nee Oeltjen, Waller. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Lester Waller, and brothers-in-law, James Rable and Louie Reinhardt.
He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, MaryAnn, nee Reinhardt, Waller, whom he married on Aug. 7, 1956; sons, Bob (Tracy) Waller of St. Libory, Wayne (Dawn) Waller of Mascoutah, and daughter, Karen Waller of Mascoutah; grandchildren, Jamie (Richard) Tripp of High Ridge, MO, Tori (Aaron) DeClercq of Freeburg, Trevor (Kimberly) Waller of St. Libory, and Nicole and Morgan Waller of Mascoutah; great grandchildren, Sawyer and Sadie Tripp, Devlyn and Harper DeClercq, and Calvin and Ellie Waller; sister, Joyce Ann Rable, sisters-in-law, Joyce Waller, Susan Reinhardt, and Lorraine (Mike) Ernster, and many nieces and nephews.
Roy was an avid farmer with a great work ethic. He was a member of Holy Childhood Catholic Church, a Navy Reservist, member of the Mascoutah Evening Lion’s club, and served on the St. Clair County Farm Bureau board. He and MaryAnn loved to spend their winters in Florida enjoying golf, fishing, playing shuffleboard, and cards with their many friends.

FUNERAL: A funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025, at Holy Childhood Catholic Church with Father Mark Stec celebrating. Burial will follow in Holy Childhood Catholic Cemetery, Mascoutah, IL.
