Mount Prospect police are currently investigating the death of a 4-month old boy.
According to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office, Kai M. Moreno of 513 N. Elm St., was pronounced deceased shortly before 2:30 p.m. Dec. 19 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and additional information will be provided when they are able to do so.
A cause of death has yet to be determined.
