WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The Chicago State Cougars placed 10th at the NEC Women’s Golf Championships at Kingsmill Golf Club in Williamsburg, Va. over the weekend.
The Cougars, who saw the first rounds suspended due to rain and unplayable conditions, were led by Aarushi Bhanot who placed 32 in the field of 61 with a three-round score of 250. Gia Lamba and Begona Perez also finished in the top 40 in the individual standings, placing 36th and 38th respectively.
The Cougars will hit the links one last time in 2025 at the PGAWorks in Kohler, Wisconsin at Whistling Straits Golf Course May 5-7.
