Hopedale Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine, in partnership with Hopedale Medical Complex, proudly recognizes Andrew Dawson of Tremont High School as the April Athlete of the Month. A two-sport athlete, Andrew competes in both basketball and baseball for the Turks. He maintains a 4.0 GPA and is actively involved in Student Council and the National Honor Society. He plans to attend Valparaiso University in the fall, where he intends to continue playing baseball.

Athletes are nominated for this honor by athletic directors and in-season coaches from partnering school districts. Recipients are selected not only for athletic achievement, but also for excellence in academics, leadership, character, and community involvement.

As the April honoree, Andrew is eligible for the Athlete of the Year award in May and may receive a $1,000 scholarship from the Hopedale Medical Foundation to support his education. Hopedale Medical Complex and Hopedale Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine are proud to continue this program in collaboration with the Dee-Mack, Delavan, Hartsburg-Emden, and Tremont school districts during the 2025–2026 sports seasons.
